The house 5, consists of 2 floors, the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room with dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and TV saltelite, kitchen with breakfast bar. It has access to the terrace with chairs and table, its private garden with sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a freezer, refrigerator, mircroondas, kettle, ceramic hob, has a door to access the laundry with your washing machine. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk, shared bathroom with bathtub, has a terrace and a staircase with access to the solarium where you can see the mountains and the sea.

It is located 300m from the beach of Cala Egos and about 500m from the beach is Calo des Pou, 5m from the center with restaurants, supermarkets, shops, next to the complex there are paddle courts that can be rented, also a small minigolf , other leisure activities for children and a small restaurant bar, next to the taxi rank.
There is an extra cost of 100€ for cleaning, which is paid in cash upon arrival.

Conditions
The leases of 2001 CB MARINES and with the permission of the respective owners, acts as mediator.
The contract shall be written or verbal and will in the indicated period and the number of people registered.
To confirm the reservation must pay 30% of the total amount, within a period of 10 days of confirmation of not receiving MARINES 2001 CB reserves the right to cancel the booking, 70% agreed with the customer, 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card or cash on delivery of keys. Prices are agreed with the customer in accordance with our web www.fincas mallorca.com, prices are always per night per property at the agreed time. The minimum stay required is 7 nights from April to October and 4 nights in low season, arrival day chosen by the customer. The price includes all expenses, water, electricity, taxes, linens, towels and cleaning, air conditioning (if the property has) is regulated by a timer included 12h approximately, if you are interested in adding more hours to be requested and paid extra. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown on the website the day of confirmation is the price paid by the customer.
Rentals start at 14pm on day of arrival and day of departure before 10am. no part of the rent will be refunded for late arrivals, reduce your holiday or for any personal circumstance.
The tenant can not cancel or change an existing contract. The client can cancel the contract but will lose the amount of the deposit paid. For cancellations between 49 to 30 days before your holidays 70% and 29 days until the day of the beginning of your holidays 100% of the total amount. A reservation will be considered canceled when MARINES 2001 C.B. get in writing from the client the reason for cancellation. In the event that the customer can provide a substitute for their vacation, they will not pay any cancellation fees. We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
The deposit is refunded on departure provided there is left cleaning minimum conditions otherwise be discounted. If no breakages deposit above the owner can issue an invoice total and the customer is required to pay. If the client is under 25 years or youth groups landlord can ask for double deposit. The rented property can be occupied only by the number of people registered before additional people, without notice, may be rejected or be billed the stay of these people separately.
MARINES 2001 C. B. will not accept any liability for negligence or forgotten that it can impose on a third party services. Robbery or theft in the rented property. Force majeure or any other unforeseeable event.
