Finca with a very large pool of natural salt water, with a children′s area, a private tennis court. The Finca Can Jeroni for 8 people is located in the countryside, 1 km from Cala D′Or and Cala Sa Nau and Cala Mitjana, at 3 km from the Vall d′Or golf course.
Finca Can Jeroni is furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style and has 2 floors. Upstairs is the beautiful and spacious living and dining room, which offers a dream view of the beautiful garden through large windows and overlooking the sea. The living room and the dining room are equipped with a large table and a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV. Next door there is a small lounge with breakfast table and fireplace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is on the ground floor and gives access to the covered terrace and the garden. The farm has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom for children with a bunk (each 190x90 centimeters). Two bathrooms with shower are also on the ground floor, and a small living room with sofa.
In the rooms there is air conditioning.
The beautiful and well-kept garden of Finca Can Jeroni is equipped with a small pond, fountain, playground and tennis court. The tennis court is also a basketball net, there are two soccer goals for children. The covered terrace is equipped with a large garden table and 8 chairs. There is a charcoal barbecue. The pool can be accessed through a staircase, the stairs can be secured with a door. There are 8 sunbeds, umbrellas an outside shower. Beach chairs are available, the garden offers plenty of natural shade at any time of the day. From the pool terrace, a fairly steep staircase leads to the roof terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and with armchairs to admire the view.

Conditions
The leases of 2001 CB MARINES and with the permission of the respective owners, acts as mediator.
The contract shall be written or verbal and will in the indicated period and the number of people registered.
To confirm the reservation must pay 30% of the total amount, within a period of 10 days of confirmation of not receiving MARINES 2001 CB reserves the right to cancel the booking, 70% agreed with the customer, 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card or cash on delivery of keys. The voucher is the document that confirms and must present to receive the keys and pay the deposit.
Prices are agreed with the customer in accordance with our web www.fincas mallorca.com, prices are always per night per property at the agreed time. The minimum stay required is 7 nights from April to October and 4 nights in low season, arrival day chosen by the customer. The price includes all expenses, water, electricity, taxes, linens, towels and cleaning, air conditioning (if the property has) is regulated by a timer included 12h approximately, if you are interested in adding more hours to be requested and paid extra. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown on the website the day of confirmation is the price paid by the customer.
Rentals start at 14pm on day of arrival and day of departure before 10am. no part of the rent will be refunded for late arrivals, reduce your holiday or for any personal circumstance.
The tenant can not cancel or change an existing contract. The client can cancel the contract but will lose the amount of the deposit paid. For cancellations between 49 to 30 days before your holidays 70% and 29 days until the day of the beginning of your holidays 100% of the total amount. A reservation will be considered canceled when MARINES 2001 C.B. get in writing from the client the reason for cancellation. In the event that the customer can provide a substitute for their vacation, they will not pay any cancellation fees. We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
The deposit is refunded on departure provided there is left cleaning minimum conditions otherwise be discounted. If no breakages deposit above the owner can issue an invoice total and the customer is required to pay. If the client is under 25 years or youth groups landlord can ask for double deposit. The rented property can be occupied only by the number of people registered before additional people, without notice, may be rejected or be billed the stay of these people separately.
MARINES 2001 C. B. will not accept any liability for negligence or forgotten that it can impose on a third party services. Robbery or theft in the rented property. Force majeure or any other unforeseeable event.
