Rentals start at 14pm on day of arrival and day of departure before 10am. no part of the rent will be refunded for late arrivals, reduce your holiday or for any personal circumstance.
The tenant can not cancel or change an existing contract. The client can cancel the contract but will lose the amount of the deposit paid. For cancellations between 49 to 30 days before your holidays 70% and 29 days until the day of the beginning of your holidays 100% of the total amount. A reservation will be considered canceled when MARINES 2001 C.B. get in writing from the client the reason for cancellation. The deposit is refunded on departure provided there is left cleaning minimum conditions otherwise be discounted.
